On the outskirts of the Tiny Tiny Town there is an old overgrown garden, and in the garden there is an old house. The house is called Villekulla Cottage. Tommy and Annika often walk past Villekulla Cottage wishing dearly that someone would move in.\u00a0On this day, they\u2019ve hurried there because they have heard Miss Prysselius say that someone is actually living there now.\u00a0Miss Prysselius, who is chairwoman of the child welfare committee and runs the children\u2019s home in the small town, doesn\u2019t think it is at all acceptable for a young girl to live all by herself in a big house.
