Tickets can be purchased together with your accommodation from us. After the booking has been paid in full you will receive an order confirmation via email that contains a PDF file with the tickets. Order and payment<\/strong><\/p>\n

The booking is binding on the parties when the stated deposit has been paid. The deposit and any cancellation insurance must be paid to Astrid Lindgren\u2019s World\u2019s guest accommodation no later than 10 days after the date of booking. Otherwise we have the right to cancel the cottage. The final payment shall be made to us no later than 30 days before arrival. NB If you book a cottage with an arrival date within less than four weeks, you must pay the full amount at the time of booking using our credit card service. If you choose to pay by paper invoice, there will be an additional fee of 70 SEK.<\/p>\n

Cancellation without cancellation insurance <\/strong><\/p>\n

When cancelling without cancellation insurance 30 days or more before arrival, the booking fee will not be repaid. When cancelling without cancellation insurance less than 30 days before the arrival date, the amount of the booking will not be repaid.<\/p>\n

Cancelling with cancellation insurance <\/strong><\/p>\n

If cancellation insurance is included in the hire agreement and you cancel before the arrival date for reasons of, and supported by a doctor\u2019s certificate, serious illness, accident or death that has affected you or your spouse, child, parent, sibling or persons with whom you cohabit in a quasi-marriage form, only the cost of the cancellation insurance will be charged. When the cancellation is made, you must state the booking number, name and arrival date. You can send in the documents to support the cancellation afterwards. Until we receive the documents at Astrid Lindgren\u2019s World, the booking will remain with us. Any doctor\u2019s certificate must reach us no later than 30 days after the date of cancellation. The cancellation insurance premium is never repaid<\/p>\n
